NATIONAL LOTTERY COMMUNITY FUND

The National Lottery Community Fund offers funding opportunities for community projects that help people build better futures and overcome any poverty and other disadvantages.
Financial support provided by the National Lottery Community Fund was instrumental in launching Love What You Do Manchester CIC, and further grants have enabled us to operate consistently since 2021.

MAVERICK LAB CIC

Maverick Lab are a Rochdale-based coaching and training community interest company focused on wellbeing, personal development, and tackling social inequalities. Their flagship project, ‘The New Pioneers Project’, offers clients personalised support aimed at improving their employability and health and wellbeing.
Being neighbours on a similar mission, Maverick Lab and Love What You Do often collaborate to provide Rochdale residents with the highest quality support and to give them the best possible opportunity of achieving their long-term aspirations.

ROCHDALE TRAINING

Rochdale Training offer full and part-time education, training, and apprenticeships across a broad range of subjects and levels for young people and adults. Hundreds of local people choose Rochdale Training to start or enhance their career, or to broaden their professional skills and knowledge.
Being a widely-known local organisation that assists people to access their ideal career, Rochdale Training often encounter people who are in need of additional support during recruitment processes. The collaboration between Rochdale Training and Love What You Do gives students the opportunity to obtain focussed CV-writing support alongside quality career progression guidance.
By working together, we help individuals confidently present themselves to employers, thus giving them the best possible opportunity of securing their desired job-role. Our work also contributes towards reducing unemployment in the region, as well as raising the positivity, wellbeing, and self-sufficiency of local people.
